SQLI

This short film was co-produced with SQLI, a French digital agency. We worked on a chatbot prototype that was able to answer and execute simple banking operations via messaging apps such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or voice command devices (Echo, Siri).

Step 1

USER RESEARCH

By using data from our user research, we managed to synthesize recurring user flows. The one that repeated itself frequently was the consulting of the chequing account. Clients wanted to figure out regularly which extra amount could be spared on the savings account.

Step 2

FIGURING OUT SCENARIOS

We were then able to quickly elaborate a couple of ideal scenarios. One extra feature using an interactive device was also included in this demo. I was in charge of the user research, user scenario, UX writing, and producing of the final video.
